In Clark County, we have two locations to serve our clients: historic Officers Row – “The oldest neighborhood in the Northwest”, and our office at Mill Plain IV – one of the area’s finest office complexes. Both of these prime locations have agents that average over 18 years of real estate experience,
as well as superior support services, up-to-date technology and state-of-the-art resources. Our office environments are professional and inviting, allowing our agents to better serve our clients.

OUR COMMITMENT
Windermere’s sense of community is not limited to providing the best in real estate services. Through the non-profit Windermere Foundation, homeless children have received new school shoes and supplies in the fall. Locally, Windermere Real Estate/Stellar Group and all of its agents make contributions from each real estate transaction to support programs assisting children and families in need. Over 21 million dollars has been raised and contributed by Windermere agents throughout Washington for the Windermere Foundation.
Every year, Windermere agents roll up their sleeves for our annual Community Service Day projects. Since 1992, Windermere associates in Vancouver have landscaped and completed minor repairs for homes of neighbors in need. Other projects have included food drives, sponsoring needy families at holiday time and contributions to support shelters and job rehabilitation programs.
While residential real estate is the mainstay of our business, we also have associates to specialize in investment properties, land, new construction and relocation services.
